Use a soft-bristle brush, gentle circular motions, and fluoride toothpaste to clean without over-scrubbing.

Consistency beats intensity when it comes to brushing.

The bacteria in your mouth and gut communicate more than you might think.
Emerging studies suggest that oral probiotics like Lactobacillus reuteri — the same strain discussed in Dr. Nelson’s research — may support both digestive and oral health.

While it’s still early to say how well these bacteria colonize in the mouth, one thing is clear: whole-body balance begins at the mouth.
