It does not cover Protected Health Information (PHI) we collect, use, or disclose as part of providing dental care. The use and disclosure of PHI is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

If you are a patient of iDental, the medical and dental information we collect and maintain about you is protected by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is separate from this Privacy Policy. Please do not submit Protected Health Information through our website forms or via unencrypted email. To communicate with us about your care, please call our office.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our Site, please contact us at frontdesk@identalwi.com so we can delete it.

12. Job Applicant Privacy Notice
If you apply for a position with iDental through our careers form, the information you submit (name, contact information, resume, and position applied for) is used solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about employment opportunities.
We retain applications for up to one year unless you are hired.
We do not share applicant information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell applicant information.
