The information provided on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, dental, medical, or professional advice.

  • Content on this Site, including descriptions of services, procedures, conditions, and treatments, is provided for general information and may not apply to your specific situation.

  • No doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship is created by your visit to the Site, your submission of any form, your communication through Facebook Messenger or other social media channels, or any other interaction with the Site.

  • The Site is not a substitute for in-person evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed dentist or other qualified healthcare provider.

  • In a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site to seek emergency care.

  • Always seek the advice of a qualified dental or healthcare provider regarding any condition, symptom, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

4. Not for Transmission of Protected Health Information

Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) — such as detailed medical or dental history, symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment records — through Site forms, email, or social media chat features. These channels are not secure communications methods under HIPAA.

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio, design elements, and software — is the property of iDental LLC or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "iDental" name, logo, and any related branding are trademarks of iDental LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site

  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

  • Frame or mirror the Site without our written consent

  • Use Site content in any way that suggests an association with or endorsement by iDental

8. Careers Form and Newsletter

8.1 Career Applications

Applications submitted through the careers form on this Site are reviewed for current and future employment opportunities at iDental. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of employment.

8.2 Newsletter Sign-Up

By subscribing to our newsletter (when offered), you consent to receive periodic email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any newsletter email. Newsletter Terms and Conditions, where provided, are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Racine County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and iDental regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
